For the past several years, Ben has become a local and out of state investor, and he has found his true passion in coaching and mentoring others. He loves sharing the systems he has created to maximize client’s rental income potential, while creating scalable systems to ensure long term stability, growth, and happiness! He is also the host of House Hacking Mastermind Podcast and the new House Hacking Ride Along Series.

A little about Ben personally: he grew up in Elkhorn, Nebraska, and graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Construction Management and Business. Go Big Red! Upon graduation, he interned with Kiewit and settled in with Harris Rebar, managing the operations of one of the largest rebar fabricators in Colorado. He has worked with Chris Lopez along the way creating instructional videos, coaching sessions, and speaking engagements and now pursues this passion full time.

When Ben is not mentoring fellow house hacker build a scalable real estate business, he loves spending his free time going on all sorts of wild adventures with his wife and daughter.
